Frog portfolio company Genasys have recently announced the appointment of David Williams as Chairman, succeeding Genasys founder Steve Symes, who is taking on a new role as a non-executive director on the board.
David remains a vital part of the Frog team as an Operating Partner, with over 17 years of experience with UK based private equity houses. When asked about the new role, he commented, “It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the business as the insurance industry steps on the digital accelerator… and I see boundless opportunity for Genasys to grow”.
