CEO of Skimlinks, Sebastien Blanc, recently contributed an article to Forbes about evolving a company into a self-learning organisation. He explains this will future-proof a business as everyone surfaces and solves problems proactively.
The framework he followed was broken down into three steps:
- Reset expectations
- Make problems & progress visible in a compelling way
- Formalise self-learning in the workplace
Sebastien says, “Building a self-learning organisation is primarily about building people, and just like with all things people-related, expect it to take time and go in unexpected ways.”
