Growing up

I grew up in Romania, where I studied for my bachelor’s degree in communication and public relations. I started my career volunteering for a European inclusion project. This led to a position as Secretary for the project’s director, giving me valuable administrative experience.

Experience

I went on to work in procurement for a Forbes 500 company, negotiating purchase conditions and issuing orders. Seeking new challenges, I have later joined a European project as a communication expert and PA to the managing director, combining administration, communication, and social work.

My customer service skills shone as a customer care agent for a global travel company. This position gave valuable insight into the travel industry that serves me well today.

Since moving to London in 2017, I have honed my skills in Corporate Reception and Office Management for prestigious companies. Most recently, I have worked as an Executive Assistant at an executive search firm, supporting the firm’s partners.

In April 2024 I joined Frog Capital as an EA, working closely with the investment team and the senior partners. The culture of the Frog Capital, with its great leadership, resonates with me.
