Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired market-leading commerce IT services specialist, eCommera, to strengthen its brand commerce capability and integrate improved multi-channel capabilities into its offerings.
eCommera, the services division of OrderDynamics, provides robust, omnichannel commerce services to a range of the world’s leading international brands and retailers.
eCommera will join Isobar, Dentsu Aegis’ global digital agency, with Marc Fagan, CEO of eCommera, reporting to Dentsu Aegis’ UK & Ireland CEO, Tracy De Groose. The eCommera team, which consists of 275 employees across multiple locations, will be fully integrated into Dentsu.

The sale of eCommera is a logical step for OrderDynamics, enabling it to focus solely on its own software-as-a-service products. With its Dynamic Action product, OrderDynamics is the global leader in prescriptive analytics for the retail industry, and through its Order Management offering, the business was named by Forrester as a strong performer in their recent Omnichannel Forrester Wave report.
